Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Service This service includes a thorough inspection of key systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more), cosmetic tune-ups, and equipment servicing as outlined in the service agreement. Customers will also receive a detailed service record and expert recommendations, with the option to coordinate specialized trades for additional work. 2. Service Scheduling Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Customers are encouraged to book at least two weeks in advance to ensure their preferred date and time. Emergency or expedited services may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability. 3. Payment Terms A deposit is required. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit, or e-transfer. Customers will receive an invoice detailing all services performed. 4. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for providing access to all areas of the property and ensuring that all systems and equipment are operational at the time of the appointment. Any pre-existing issues or conditions that prevent service delivery will be noted but may not be resolved during the visit. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy • Deposit is refundable for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service • Deposit is nonrefundable for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $50 6. Warranty and Limitations The service does not guarantee the condition of systems or appliances beyond the date of inspection and tune-up. Recommendations and maintenance are based on current observations and may not uncover hidden or latent issues. 7. Additional Services Coordination with specialized trades for repairs or further maintenance can be arranged upon request. These services are billed separately and are subject to the availability and terms of the tradesperson or contractor. 8. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 7 days. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your experience meets expectations. 9.
