Which services are included in the subscription?
Our subscriptions include comprehensive home maintenance services, which vary depending on the selected membership. Examples of services include seasonal inspections, minor repairs, gutter cleaning, HVAC servicing, and more, tailored to keep your home in top shape.
How does the quarterly visit schedule work?
We will pre-schedule visits with you every three months, allowing us to perform essential maintenance tasks and ensure everything in your home is running smoothly.
Some services are conducted each visit, while others are conducted either semi-annually or annually. When establishing our services list and schedule, we carefully evaluated for the most effective schedule and frequency of service items.
How long is the contract commitment?
We offer a monthly, quarterly, and annual contracts. That means no long term commitments.
What areas do you serve?
Our initial service area includes Calgary, Chestermere, DeWinton, High River and Okotoks. We will soon expand services to Airdrie, Cochrane, and beyond!
What does it mean to be a member?
A Squad Member includes anyone who subscribes to our maintenance services. You are our community members, and we treat you like family.
Is this a full home inspection, like what is required for a home purchase/sale?
Our service compliments home inspections for sale purposes, making the home more likely to pass inspection. It also helps to maintain home value, since our inspection and maintenance allows excellent upkeep of the home, and the reports can be used to demonstrate the how well you’ve taken care of your home. Just like a record of vehicle maintenance when you sell your car.
Do I need to provide my own furnace filters?
No. We take note of your equipment models when we visit you for onboarding, and bring the filters with us to your service visit.
How long does each service visit take?
Service duration varies by membership level. Approximate timing is shown below.
Freedom Membership - up to 2h per visit
Adventure Membership - up to 3h per visit
Summit Membership - up to 4h per visit
