Service Description

INITIAL APPOINTMENT: -create a custom floor plan of your house -conduct initial inspection -compile equipment records -gather home access and other critical information -set your service schedule -prepare your personal maintenance records platform (login will be sent after appointment) ADVENTURE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES: -4 services visits per year -Schedule for equipment/appliance replacement -Equipment recall monitoring -Specialized trade coordination​ -24/7 EMERGENCY support -No long term commitments Details: -Changing furnace filters & cleaning furnace -HVAC & hot water system maintenance -Checking plumbing, electrical, appliances, windows/doors -Monitoring leaks, cracks, moisture, pests -Maintaining garage door, smoke detectors, floor drain -Cleaning range hood filter & fridge condenser coils -Inspecting sealants, insulation, foundation, exterior -Thermal leak scan & attic insulation check -Repair of sealants, loose fixtures -Exterior power wash, garbage bin clean & lawn fertilizer


Cancellation Policy

Membership Terms: -One membership per dwelling; discounts apply for additional units. -Subscriptions are month-to-month, with quarterly or annual options for discounts. Services: -Seasonal inspections (spring, summer, fall, winter). -Maintenance tasks specific to your plan, for primary equipment only. Pricing: -Rates are subject to change, with prior notice to members. -Additional charges apply for services outside the plan scope. Flexibility: -Upgrades: Upgrade plans anytime; changes take effect with the next billing cycle. -Downgrades: Requires 7 days’ written notice. Cancellation and Appointments: -Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before billing. -Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments may be forfeited without a refund. Limitations: -Services cover only tasks in the agreement and exclude exterior maintenance beyond 10,000 sq. ft. No Warranties: -Squad Life doesn’t warrant vendor work, home safety, or system performance after service. While thorough and reliable, our inspections don’t guarantee flawless operation. -Occasionally, proper maintenance services can uncover an issue with equipment or material, resulting in the need for additional servicing. Our Commitment: -We provide top-tier preventative care, connect you with vetted vendors, and prioritize transparent communication. Refunds: -Refunds are not provided under this policy. Policy Validity and Updates: -The policy is effective November 1, 2024, and may be updated without prior notice. Updates are effective upon posting to our website or member notification.
